• Delivery Time: Between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM on weekdays only
• Delivery Charges: A flat rate of $18 per location applies to all orders. A surcharge of $18 per location applies for Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa and Tuas areas. Surcharges will be billed separately from your online order.
• We do not offer deliveries to restricted locations including Changi Airport, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Roads, Jurong Island, Army/Navy/Air Force Camps, PSA Ports, shipyards and prisons.
• If no one is present to receive the items, we will leave them in a secure spot. A re-delivery fee of $36 will apply if needed.
• Self-collection option at our studio is unavailable.

Please note that all images are for illustrative purposes only. Each bouquet and vase arrangement are uniquely crafted with seasonal flowers and foliage to best reflect the colour palette you have selected.

For Flower Care 

• Keep the bouquet in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Change the water every two days, add the flower food provided and re-cut the stems to keep the flowers fresh and vibrant.
• Lightly mist flowers occasionally to keep them fresh.
  

For Vase Care

• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Clean gently with cold water and mild dish soap, if needed.
