Flowers
- We create based on your selected colour theme and what the season has to offer. So, no, the bouquet you ordered won't look exactly like the one pictured on our website, but rest assured, it will still look just as amazing.
- We can, to a certain extent, but we won’t. We ask that you give us the creative freedom to express your intentions, colour preferences, likes, and dislikes.
- Yes, we do! Please send us a message at +65 8889 0554 or email us at hello@theweekendflorist.sg with your request, giving us at least 5 days’ notice.
- Yes, but it will be subject to availability. Please let us know in the 'ADD ORDER NOTE' field on the Cart page, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If the flower is unavailable, we will contact you to inform you.
If you received a wrapped bouquet:
- Unwrap the bouquet, trim approximately 2 cm off the stems at a 45-degree angle.
- Remove any leaves that will sit below the waterline, then place the flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh water and flower food (sachet).
- Keep the bouquet in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Change the water every two days and re-cut the stems to keep the flowers fresh and vibrant.
If you received a vase arrangement (floral foam):
- Our vase arrangements come with water-soaked floral foam for easy maintenance.
- Lightly mist flowers occasionally to keep them fresh.
- Place the arrangement in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- That’s a question we can’t give a definite answer to, but they typically last 3-5 days in our humid weather. Follow our floral care tips to help extend the lifespan of your arrangement.
Orders
- We do not accept walk-in orders, as our studio space is dedicated to production and is not a retail space. Orders can only be placed through our online shop.
- If you need to change your order, please call or WhatsApp us at +65 8889 0554 immediately with your order number, and we will assist you with the amendments.
- If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us at least 2 days before the delivery date by either calling us or sending a message to +65 8889 0554. Refunds can only be processed if you notify us of your cancellation 2 days prior to the delivery date.
Payments
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Payment must be made in full before we can process your order.
- For Web Orders: PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX
- For WhatsApp/Phone Orders: PayNow, Bank Transfer (Please send a screenshot of the transaction to us once payment is done.)
Delivery
- Our delivery fee is a flat rate of $18 per location.
- Deliveries are made from Mondays to Fridays, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM only.
- We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
- Yes, with surcharges applied. Please drop us a message on WhatsApp at +65 8889 0554 to request for specific time slot delivery before placing your order. We will let you know if it is possible to do that and the amount of top-up required.
- We do not allow self-collections as our studio space is used as our production space.
- For same-day deliveries, please drop us a message on WhatsApp at +65 8889 0554. Note that same-day deliveries are subject to the availability of floral materials.
- In the event your recipient is unable to receive the floral arrangement, the courier will call the recipient to seek further instructions. If we cannot reach both the sender and the recipient, the flowers will be left in a secure spot at the address. However, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the flowers have been left.
- If a re-delivery is requested, a top up of $36 will be required. We will reach out to you (the sender) for payment before arranging for a re-delivery.
