- Delivery Time: Between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM on weekdays only
- Delivery Charges: A flat rate of $18 per location applies to all orders. A surcharge of $18 per location applies for Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa and Tuas areas. Surcharges will be billed separately from your online order.
- We do not offer deliveries to restricted locations including Changi Airport, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Roads, Jurong Island, Army/Navy/Air Force Camps, PSA Ports, shipyards and prisons.
- If no one is present to receive the items, we will leave them in a secure spot. A re-delivery fee of $36 will apply if needed.
- Self-collection option at our studio is unavailable.

For Flower Care
- Keep the bouquet in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Change the water every two days, add the flower food provided and re-cut the stems to keep the flowers fresh and vibrant.
- Lightly mist flowers occasionally to keep them fresh.
For Vase Care
- Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Clean gently with cold water and mild dish soap, if needed.
