• Delivery Period: 2nd - 23 December (weekdays only, between 2pm - 5pm)
• Delivery Charge: A flat rate of $18 per location applies to all orders
• If no one is present to receive the items, we will leave them in a secure spot. A re-delivery fee of $36 will apply if needed.
• Self-collection option at our studio is unavailable.

• Mist Regularly: Lightly mist your arrangements every 1 – 2 days to maintain their moisture and freshness.
• Choose the Right Spot: Display your arrangements in a cool area, away from direct sunlight to prevent drying out.
• Important Note: Your product may contain dyed materials that may stain if they come into contact with water. Please avoid misting these elements to prevent any colour transfer onto fabrics or surfaces.
