- Delivery Period: 11 - 15 August between 2pm-5pm only
- Delivery Charges: A flat rate of $18 per location applies to all orders. A surcharge of $18 per location applies for Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa and Tuas areas. Surcharges will be billed separately from your online order.
- We do not offer deliveries to restricted locations including Changi Airport, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Roads, Jurong Island, Army/Navy/Air Force Camps, PSA Ports, shipyards and prisons.
- If no one is present to receive the items, we will leave them in a secure spot. A re-delivery fee of $36 will apply if needed.

1 - How do I know when to hydrate my Kokedama?
- Gently touch the moss ball—if it feels dry or light, it’s time to hydrate it!
2 - How do I hydrate my Kokedama?
- Step 1: Remove Kokedama from white ceramic vessel.
- Step 2: Dust off rocks.
- Step 3: Soak the entire moss ball in a bowl of room-temperature water for 10–15 minutes.
- Step 4: Remove from water and gently squeeze out excess water before placing it back onto the ceramic vessel.
3 - Do I need to hydrate the flowers on the Kokedama?
- A light spray every other day will be good for the flowers.
4 - Other General Care
- Keep your kokedama in a bright spot with indirect sunlight—avoid harsh afternoon sun.
- Mist the leaves and moss ball 2–3 times a week to maintain humidity.
- Ensure proper air circulation to prevent mold.
- Trim any yellow or wilted leaves to keep the plant looking fresh and healthy.
- Wipe the leaves occasionally to keep them clean and help the plant breathe.
