How do TWF gift cards work?

• TWF gift cards are sent electronically via email and can only be redeemed for online orders. It cannot be used to redeem or exchange for cash. 
• All refunds from gift cards purchases shall be in the form of store credit only. 
• All unused balance in a gift card added to a purchase shall be deemed to have been forfeited.

Can I send a gift card to someone else?

• Absolutely! Select ‘I want to send this as a gift’ and fill in the form. We will send it directly to the recipient’s email address.

Is there an expiry date?

• TWF gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
