Terms & Conditions
All order requests are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by The Weekend Florist. We reserve the right to reject any order, at our absolute discretion. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. Acceptance of your offer and completion of the contract between us only takes place when we start to process your order.
Our Flower Arrangements
The arrangement you order from us will be based on the colour theme you have selected. Hence, flower selection will be decided by the florist to complement your selected theme. If you would like to include a particular type of flower, please specify in the ‘remarks’ section and we will try our best to accommodate to the request. Depending on the season, some flowers might not be available at our local wholesalers.
Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured. By accepting these terms, and conditions, you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.
Delivery charge is fixed at SGD10 regardless of location.
We have 2 delivery slots you can choose from on Mondays to Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

We take extra care to ensure that the recipient receives the flowers within the stipulated delivery time frame and in good condition. However, there might be instances of failed deliveries or damaged items due to unforeseen circumstances. Please inform us within 12 hours and we will schedule a re-delivery.
In the event that no one is at the premise to receive the item(s), we will place them in a safe spot. However, if that is not possible, and a re-delivery is required, a SGD15 re-delivery charge will apply.
Self-collection is not available at the moment.
All prices are in SGD. Payment must be made in full before we process your order.
Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards are accepted.
Cancellations & Refund
If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery in order for us to make a refund. No refunds will be made if you cancel your order later than that. Please drop us a call or text at +65 8889 0554 to cancel your order.
If you feel that the flowers received have not lasted for more than 3 days, let us know within this time by calling or texting us at +65 8889 0554. We require that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers to be communicated to us within 3 days of delivery. To assist us in quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. Regrettably, we cannot arrange a redelivery of replacement flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable.
